Every Friday, we here at the SoBros Network like to give you a proper sendoff into your weekend. Something to make you laugh, something to make you happy, something to make you cry, whatever you want to call it. But, anyway, we figured why not give this special column a name? So, here we are, folks – it’s the Friday Feel Good. On this week’s edition, we’re going to watch a clip of Mongo McMichael being Mongo McMichael.

Let’s gooooo, ladies and gentlemen. It’s go time. The Friday Feel Good is here. Another long, hard work week is in the books and we are inching closer to another #GinFriday.

Today, I wanted to take a moment to appreciate the pure entertainment value of Mongo McMichael, because I don’t think he gets the credit he deserves for being the pure entertainer that he was.

This is hilarious. This Twitter account has been making the rounds for the last two weeks, and it just seems like each clip uploaded is more ridiculous than the last. The way he sold, his promos, some of the gaffs – it’s just pure gold. But, it’s a reminder of just how magnetic Mongo was as a performer back in the day. I remembered the guy as pure charisma, and even though you see shit like this on the feed, that still translates to this day.

When it comes to whether or not Mongo should be respected, I, personally, LOVED Lance Storm’s take on the matter:

All hail Mongo McMichael.

Also, let’s be real – Mongo had one of the best WCW action figures of all time. That motherfucker had a big time world title run in my figure fed as a kid.

Happy Friday, guys – whatever you do, stay safe out there. Celebrate life. Wave at the haters. All that stuff.
