As someone who recently converted back to a mostly vegan diet, I was left with a craving for buffalo chicken that I couldn’t exactly satisfy. No matter what I made or ordered, nothing seemed to fill that void. The void of a simple, yet delicious buffalo chicken meal. Then, I finally tried Graze.
Graze is located in East Nashville and is a plant based bistro and bar. Their menu includes soups, burritos, patty melts, quesadillas, & more! All vegan friendly and some gluten free.
Back to my buffalo chicken craving. No matter what I tried, I couldn’t fill the void. On a whim, I typed “Graze” into Postmates. It came up AND it was available. I browsed through the menu. There were a few things that caught my eye. I just kept going back to the buffalo chx’n quesadilla. I pulled the trigger.
I was nervous.
Our Postmate showed up and left the food on our door step because social distancing. When I picked up the bag, I noticed it had some weight to it. I ordered the buffalo chx’n quesadilla and my girlfriend ordered the broccoli mac. I opened my box…MASSIVE quesadilla. Her box was full of vegan Mac & cheese with broccoli. Generous portions always make me happy.
Alright, moment of truth. Is this thing actually worth the money? HELL YEAH.
This thing was L O A D E D. It contains buffalo soy strips, vegan cheese, spinach, peppers & onions, and comes with pico and the best vegan ranch I’ve ever had. The search is finally over. Graze filled my buffalo chicken void.
It was so good that I wanted to save some for later, but powered right through in one sitting with zero regrets. It’s safe to say that the fine folks at Graze will be getting a lot of business from me in the near future. Great food from a local business.
