Podcast: The Career of Tajae Sharpe

Tajae Sharpe is going to be one of the more interesting players to watch this summer. The fourth year….or is it third year? Somebody clear this up because it’s really confusing. It’s his fourth fucking year in the NFL, but it’ll only be the third season he plays, since he missed all of 2017 with an injury. Why am I hung up on this? I don’t know.

Regardless, the Titans invested heavily in the wide receiver position this offseason, signing free agent Adam Humphries to a doozy of a contract and spending a second round draft pick on A.J. Brown. It’s evident an upgrade is necessary, but what does that mean for a guy like Tajae Sharpe?

He was the clear #4 in 2018 in a receiving corps that was one of the least effective in the entire NFL. But, if you flash back to his rookie season, the guy clearly has potential. Sharpe’s a dude who can play in the NFL – the question, to me, is whether or not the Titans are the fit for him. I explore his history with the Titans and look at his future potential on the latest episode of the Unofficial Titans Podcast.
