Y’all, we got a situation on our hands here today. Looks like a grown ass raccoon made it into someone’s closet and can’t get out. The authorities come in to save the day, but who knows what can happen when you have a cornered animal in the equation? It’s Chattanooga Police vs. a live grown ass raccoon – place your bets now. You know this poor thing’s probably terrified, but I just couldn’t help but chuckle at the look on its face when that cop walks up with the broom. Just lookin’ at him like, “dafuq?”
Gotta love the cops trying to sort it all out, too. Like, “nah, push him over that way and then he won’t want to come back!”
They’ve got a plastic storage tub to capture the thing in and you know the dude holding it had to be sweating bullets. Raccoons are mean, in case you didn’t know that.
But, perhaps the most unexpected thing that could have happened did happen. The raccoon gets brave, and decides to try and jump over EVERYONE. Look – I have nothin’ but respect for that kind of confidence. If you’re feelin’ yourself, you just go for it. That’s BDE, ladies and gentlemen.
This raccoon wasn’t going to go down easily…..except for that part when he did. He practically jumped into the tub, and while they’re all still trying to sort it out, the mission was accomplished. Critical mistake on the raccoon’s part, and a fortunate break for the boys in blue.
Chattanooga Police win this round, folks! If that’s who you had, please take your ticket to the window to collect your payment.
