Sam Neill is one of the most underrated dudes in Hollywood. I mean, people know him from Jurassic Park, but the guy has an extensive background. He was phenomenal in Peaky Blinders, with that Irish accent wetting many a panty, I’m sure. Not to mention, he was nearly cast to play Doctor Octopus in Spider-Man 2, AND was in the running to play James Bond at one point. Why not? The man is as handsome and debonair as they come. AND he owns a vineyard. You can’t possibly read this paragraph and suggest that I’m NOT describing the most interesting man on the planet.
Well, now he’s making headlines because he’s shared a bit of his yoga routine and it has Twitter in a tizzy.
So The Pig and I do our stretching routine together these mornings; we take turns while the other coaches. Here we demonstrate the “Upward Facing Dog”. Or “The Cobra” to the Pig. [ he’s more Yoga than Pilates.] ‘Just 3 more Sam !”Yes coach.’ Omm. pic.twitter.com/dM3CvMNdcS

Knowing what I know about Neill, this isn’t even “his” pig. Like, he doesn’t own the pig as a pet. It’s more that his charm and aura just attracts the affection of wildlife. Sam Neill could have an army of animals at his command just because of his disposition of being a champion of men. He goes out into a beautiful plain to practice stretching in the warmth of the sun, and this pig is just drawn to his majesty. Neill is capable of extracting extraordinary things from ordinary creatures – he gets a pig to do yoga. I wouldn’t be surprised if we find out that a horse actually took this picture. That’s the Sam Neill effect. He walks by and breeds excellence.
God, I wish I was Sam Neill.
