Can We Talk About Super Crazy Doing Moonsaults Practically From the Rafters?

Super Crazy is one of those oft-underrated wrestlers of the old ECW glory days. I remember being a kid and being blown away by some of the matches that man had with Tajiri back in the day. When you hear ‘ECW,’ you’re likely thinking Tommy Dreamer, Sabu, Sandman, The Dudley Boyz, etc. etc., but man – there was an undertow of super talented guys and Super Crazy was one of ’em. He hit the indies for a few years after ECW collapsed before joining the WWE to form The Mexicools with Juventud Guerrera and Psicosis. That was a stable that happened…

A few years later, in late 2008, he requested and was granted his release from WWE. Now, 10 years later, homeboy is still out there accepting bookings and jumping off of shit that’s really really high in the air. There’s just no other way to put it.

This is fucking insane. I’m sorry….what year is it? It’s been 20 years since the prime of ECW. It’s been 10 years since the man left the WWE. And, he’s still executing perfect moonsaults and jumping off of balconies.

Man, nothing but props – I have no idea how he’s standing after that, much less getting the crowd HYPED. That looked like it was at least 30 feet in the air. My knees are aching just thinking about it, but I’ve learned here today that Super Crazy is at least thrice the man that I am. #Respect.
