Every Friday, we here at the SoBros Network like to give you a proper sendoff into your weekend. Something to make you laugh, something to make you happy, something to give you a raging boner, whatever you want to call it. But, anyway, we figured why not give this special column a name? So, here we are, folks – it’s the Friday Feel Good. This week, we’re taking a look at an old man in the gym puttin’ in work.
Per the norm, it is Friday afternoon, and we are all just trying to bang out these last few hours at the dreaded day jobs. Hence, it’s The Friday Feel Good – we’re one step closer to #GinFriday, and man…I am ready to roll.
That’s probably why I’m relating to this old dude so much this week. I just love the way he attacks his workout. Like, I watch this video and suddenly I’m ready to run through a brick wall to the weekend.

LFG, MY MAN! Swing that rope like you OWN the motherfucker! That’s boss moves only right there, and it’s no wonder he is in PHENOMENAL shape. You can definitely tell he’s been swinging that rope for a solid 50 years.
LOVE the stutter step in there, too. Like, you can just flat out tell that our boy here has either been in a boxing ring OR a dance floor at some point in his life. He probably commanded that bitch, too. He’s probably commanded BOTH now that I stop and think about it.
PS. I feel like there’s been a lot of ALL CAPS yelling in this week’s Friday Feel Good, and I apologize for that. I hope no one feels attacked. I am simply inspired, high on life, if you will, by this man’s workout.
