Big news in politics to cover this week, as the dude from the Bunny Ranch…oh, he does have a name! Dennis Hof. Dennis Hof has won the Republican nomination for a state assembly seat. Never mind the fact that he helped launch a “Hookers for Hillary” campaign a couple of years ago, and that he initially ran as a Libertarian last time. He’s a diehard Republican now and couldn’t possibly just be doing this for fame and attention! It’s not like he’s ever done that when Lamar Odom was found unconscious in his brothel or anything.
Dennis Hof, the 71-year-old brothel owner who describes himself as the “Barnum of Booty”, is now the Republican nominee for a Nevada state assembly seat. Hof defeated the incumbent, James Oscarson, who had served three terms, in Tuesday’s primary and now has a good chance of beating Democrat Lesia Romanov in November and holding political office in Nevada.
Hof, who goes by a number of nicknames including “America’s pimpmaster general”, owns seven legal brothels in Nevada, including the famous Moonlite BunnyRanch.
Can we just talk about this dude’s collection of nicknames? The “Barnum of Booty” – it’s genius. “America’s Pimpmaster General” – my God, that sounds like a man who is both in charge and dripping in finesse (among other things). The article even mentions that Hof is “the Trump of Pahrump.” That’s a county in Nevada, but I say they missed a YUGE opportunity here. He should be “the Trump of Rump,” and that’s that.
Like, a pimp in politics is a pretty wild story alone. But, this dude’s nicknames just really set it all off.
And, I can just see some of y’all sitting there right now with your noses in the air. Don’t act like you’ve never watched an episode of Cathouse or whatever it was called on HBO. It’s both interesting and pornographic. So, what more could you ask for out of your entertainment?
Obviously, the biggest and best implications of this story are that this definitely opens the door for WWE Hall of Famer, The Godfather, to earn a spot in the government.
