Sometimes You Just Gotta Wreck a Treadmill in Public

Not a big fan of the treadmill, to be honest. If you’re going to actually run, then you can go outside and run. Get some sunshine – it’s good for you! If you’re confined indoors, I say go with the elliptical – much much easier on the knees, which I destroyed backyard wrestling as a teenager. So, you already know I’m going to delightfully watch someone take a loaded barbell to a treadmill in a public gym at every chance I get.

As usual, here’s a link in case Instagram takes this down.

“So how’s your summer bod coming along?” Me:

Get it!

No idea what’s going on this clip but I say GET IT! Get that damn treadmill!

You’ve spent an hour on that thing and you don’t have abs? Unreasonable. Smash it. You’re tired and that thing’s telling you your workout isn’t done? Wreck it. It’s moving up and down while you’re gasping for breath?? DEEEEEESTROY that bitch!

I’m not going to hate on someone for acting like this in public. Sometimes, you just gotta do what you gotta do. If the voices in your head tell you to pick up a barbell and repeatedly smash someone else’s equipment, then do your thing! That’s the beauty of freedom. We live in the United States of damn America, PEOPLE! Man, I am fired up and I have no idea how I’ve taken a video of someone acting like an idiot and turned it into a call to patriotism.

Nonetheless, we can’t stop the USA chants now! U-S-A! U-S-A! U-S-A!
