The First Round Matches for the Making Towns Classic Have Been Announced

The Making Towns Classic comes to town on Saturday, May 12, 2018, emanating from the historic sports arena at the Nashville Fairgrounds. It’s split up into two sessions. The first begins at 3:30PM, while the second kicks off at 7:30PM. General admission is $20 total for both shows, and you can contact Mike Hales for tickets.

$20 for two killer shows at one of Nashville’s most historic venues? Are you kidding me?

Of course, your boys at SoBros Network are going to be there. We’re OFFICIAL sponsors of the show. I’ve already received word from Cadbury, Brandon, Poppa Bear, and Mose that the crew will indeed be rolling deep. I know indy wrestling is something not our entire readership is into, but this show’s going to be a blast, and it’ll be right in our backyard.

Plus, we’re going to have some new merch on hand that we’ll  be pushing and there’s a strong chance we burn Broadway to the ground after the show. Who knows?

Anyway, we’ve finally got the field rounded out and all of the first round match-ups announced.

Making Towns Classic First Round Matches

  • Isla Dawn vs. Harlow O’Hara
  • Allie Kat vs. Su Yung
  • Samantha Heights vs. Priscilla Kelly
  • Hudson Envy vs. Penelope Ford
  • Faye Jackson vs. Angelus Layne
  • Kylie Rae vs. Veda Scott
  • Jordynne Grace vs. Savanna Stone
  • Laynie Luck vs. Aja Perera

The official bracket hasn’t been announced just yet, but with such a stacked field, it was going to be hard to mess this up. Like, you get that much talent in one room, you have to try to screw up the lineup.

The Hudson Envy-Penelope Ford and Kylie Rae-Veda Scott bouts jump off the page to me right away. But, I’m sore just thinking about that Faye Jackson-Angelus Layne match. Allie Kat-Su Yung is sneaky good. And, I’m also pretty intrigued to see Isla Dawn vs. Harlow O’Hara. That’s a hell of a lineup.

So, there you have it. All around, a great card, and that’s not even including the following rounds of the tournament.
